The Villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests inclusive of adults and children 2-12 years. Infants 0-2 years are not included in the maximum number of guests.

Check-in is from 3.00pm and check-out is at 10.00am. You can request an early check-in and late check-out just email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request for you.

In the summer months we provide beach towels, beach umbrella, picnic rug, esky and chairs for you to use.

For children we can provide a porta-cot and a highchair on request. We have children’s bowls, plates, cups and utensils as well as books, games and a secure outdoor courtyard area to keep them entertained.

Just less than a minutes walk and you will be on the main street of Margaret River where there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. There are three main supermarkets nearby including IGA, Coles and Woolworths.

We provide all linen including towels, pillows and doonas as well as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, clothes washing liquid, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, cooking oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and sugar.

Yes there is free parking for two small to medium cars or one large car in our undercover garage. Extra parking is also available on Ned Higgins Laneway and Townview Terrace.

We best describe the weather in Margaret River as having four seasons in one day. It can be beautiful and sunny one minute then it can cool down with a shower. We always suggest bringing layers of clothing and a warm jacket.

The best way to get to Margaret River is by car and allowing 3.5 hours to drive direct from Perth City and Perth Airport. There are buses however you will need to hire a car when you get here as it is the best way to experience the region.
